HOTEL ZERO DEGREES
Initially challenged to position a new boutique hotel of it’s kind, we successfully developed the existing brand with a new brand, marketing, public relations and business development strategy to positively impact the occupancy, brand integrity and bottom line for this hotel. Due to the success, we helped effectively launch a second property in a different market.
RMS COMPANIES
We were employed by a leading real estate development firm in Fairfield County, Connecticut to help rebrand their firm. Our mission was to take this privately-owned construction company and convert it into a vertically integrated operation that encompassed residential, commercial and hospitality divisions. We assisted with the redesign of their logo, added additional divisional logos, developed a successful advertising, social media, marketing and PR campaign that inevitably positioned this developer as a leader in the marketplace.
THE MODERNE
A leading real estate developer engaged us to develop an attractive brand, marketing and public relations strategy to help lease-up a new downtown Stamford, CT residential property. We directed all of the creative, created and executed unique marketing strategies and facilitated a successful public relations campaign that enabled this property to lease-up in nine months.
1200 BEDFORD
This commercial office building was retrofitted to become a luxury residential rental property with no amenities. We created a modern brand, the marketing materials, public relations campaign and a website to attract and lease-up the property within six months.
SONO DESIGN DISTRICT
Faced with an ongoing depressed urban center in Fairfield Connecticut, one of the most prominent real estate owners and developers hired us to create a comprehensive marketing and PR strategy to help market the existing retail, office and restaurant space. We developed a brand marketing strategy that included: a logo, an online directory, way finding, signage and a unique public relations strategy to help market this town as a destination for businesses and consumers.
KNITWORK PRODUCTIONS
A leading junior knitwear and contemporary sweater manufacturer, based in New York, engaged us to help create a powerful video and presentation targeting the entire quality control team at one of the leading chain stores in the country. The impact resulted in a $1.8M dollar order that day, orders for 260,000 additional units and an invitation to meet with additional divisions. Our in-depth knowledge of the fashion industry, production, manufacturing, quality control, corporate social responsibility and sustainability were an asset to this customer.
BOSAK FUNERAL HOME
A fourth-generation family funeral home business employed us to help position their organization as the unrivaled choice for families. We uncovered together their authenticity and as a result, we rebranded their business, developed new collateral, a website, social media platforms, advertising and a proactive business development, marketing and public relations strategies to help this family cultivate new business and stronger relationships in the community.
THE PALACE THEATRE
The largest regional performing arts center in the area hired us to develop a robust marketing campaign to market their space and generate new streams of revenue for their not for profit organization. We created a unique brand and numerous marketing events to help build awareness for their event spaces and venue and created newsworthy stories that enhanced public awareness to help support their worthy programs and needs.
